Short title, extent and commencement: (1) This Act may be called the Nagaland Cooperative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2006 (2) It shall extend to the whole State of Nagaland. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette appoint.
