Until the Board is reconstituted after supersession under section 25, the duties and powers of the Board shall be performed and exercised by, and the property of the Board shall vest in such person or authority as the State Government may specify by notification Powers of State Govt. to make rules. 27 (1) The State Government may make rules for canying out the purposes of this Act. (2) All rules made under this Section shall be laid in the Nagaland Legislative Assembly as soon as possible after they are made and shall be subject to suchmodiiication as the Legislative Assembly may make duringthe session in which they are so laid or the session immediately following.
