Applicability of rules, etc. of the State Government: (1) All rules, regulation and orders issued by the State Government and applicable in the Departments will also apply in the Commission. (2) The provisions relating to the delegation of financial powers in the Government of Nagaland shall apply to the corresponding officers in the Commission.
