(1) This Act may be called The Arbitration (Extension to Nagaland) Act, 1978
S. 2
The Arbitration Act, 1940 is hereby extended and shall be in force in the State of Nagaland
S. 3
Section 3 retroactively applies the Principal Act to arbitration agreements, awards, and proceedings in Nagaland.
