Amendment of Section 5 (1):- The first paragraph of the existing entry under section 5 (1) shall be substituted by the following entry, namely, Section 5 (1): Except as otherwise expressly provided in the Act, there shall be charged, levied and paid to the Govt. of Nagaland a Tax hereinafter referred to as the entertainment tax, on all payments for any type of entertainment to which the State Govt. may appiy this sub-section, at the rates specified below:
