(1) The State Government may delegate to Board or any officer of the State Government not below the rank of Director any of the Powers coffered on it by or under the Act other than the powers to make rules under Section 100. (2) The Director may delegate to any officer of the State Government not below the rank of Asstt. Director or Marketing Officer any of the Powers conferred on him by or under this Act.
