The Director may, at any time, call for to examine the proceeding of any Market Committee for the Purpose of satisfying itself as to legality of propriety of any decision taken or order passed by the Market Committee, If in any case it appears to the Director that any decision or order or proceeding so called should be modified, annualled or reversed, the Director may pass such order thereon as he thinks fit Provided that no such order shall be passed by the Director without giving a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the Market Committee or to the parties affected thereby. The Director to Prohibit execution or further execution of resolution passed or order made by the committee.
