(1) The accounts of the Board shall be subject to audit under the State Local Fund Audit Act or any other relevant Act and for the purpose of the said Act, the Board shall be deemed to be a local authority whose accounts have been declared by the State Government to be subject to audit under provisions of the said Act. (2) The Board may make arrangement of internal audit of its accounts, as it may deem fit. Delegation of Powers.
