The tenure of office of the member of the Board shall come to an end as soon as he ceases to hold the office by virtue of which he was nominated. In the event of suppression of the Market Committee from where the member/members have been nominated on the Board, the Government shall appoint per- son/persons as member of the Board representing interest of the suspended committee.
