The Market Committee may appoint one or more Sub-Committees consisting of one or more of its members for reporting or giving opinion on any matter relevant to the Market Committee or it may, subject to such restriction and conditions as may he specified in the bye-laws, delegate to any such sub-Committee such of its powers or duties as it may think fit.
