(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Market Committee shall conduct the business in accord- ance with the rules made for the purpose. (2) A Market Committee shall meet for the transaction of its business at least once in every quarter, provided that the Market Committee may in special circumstances meet at any time and at any place in the market area as may be prescribed.
