Sale of notified Agricultural Produce in the Markets. (I) All notified agriculture produce shall ordinarily be sold in the market yar4/sub-inarket yards or in the private yards of the licence holder, subject to the provision of sub-section (2): Provided that the notified agricultural produce may be sold at other places also to a licence holder especially permitted in this behalf under this Act: Provided further that it will not be necessary to bring agricultural produce covered under contract farming to the market yardlsub-market yard/private yar d and if may be directly sold to the Contract Farming Sponsor from the farmers' fields (2) \Veighment or measurement or counting of all the notified agricultural produce including livestock so purchased shall be done by such a person and such system as is provided in. the Bye-laws or at any other place specified for the purpose by the Market Committee.
