Appointment of Sub-committee and delegation of powers Subject to such conditions and restrictions as may be prescribed, the market committee may appoint sub-committees consisting of one or more of its members for the performance of any of its duties or functions for reporting or for giving opinion on any matter and may delegate to any such sub-committee such of its powers as may be necessary.
