Appointment of Managing Director, Officers and Servants of the Board. (1) The Board shall have a Managing Director who shall be appointed by the Government for a period of 5 (five) years and he shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Board. (2) The Managing Director appointed under sub-section (1) shall also function as the ex- officio Secretary of the Board. (3) The Board may appoint other Officers and servants as may be necessary for the efficient discharge of its duties and functions under this Ad (4) The superintendence and control over all the Officers and screams of the Board shall vest in the Managing Director.
