Section 105

Cognizance of offences.

(1) No court inferior to that of a Metropolitan Magistrate or a Judicial Magistrate of the first class shall try any offence under this Act. (2) No prosecution for offences under section 104 shall be instituted except on a complaint filed in writing by a member of a multi-State co-operative society or by the Central Registrar in the competent court.
