(1) The central office of the Commission shall be in Delhi but the Commission may sit at such places in India and at such times as may be most convenient for the exercise of its powers or functions under this Act. (2) The powers or functions of the Commission may be exercised or discharged by Benches formed by the Chairman of the Commission from among the members.
