The Government shall provide water meter for Water connection as far as pos- sible irrespective of whether the consummer asked for it or not. However, the reading of metters indicating the quantity of consumption of water shall be presumed to be correct unles the contrary is proved and in case of dispute, the decission of the De- partment shall be final.
