In the Assam Autonomous Districts (Constitution of District Councils) Rules, 1951, as adapted, in rule 128 so far as Mizoram is concerned, - (i) in clause (b) of sub-rule (1), for the words “the age of twenty one” the words “the age of eighteen” shall be substituted; (ii) in clause (b) of sub-rule (1), for the word “March” the word “Janu- ary” shall be substituted.
