In section 2 of the Principal Act: – section 2 (1) clauses (8), (10), (12), (17), (26), (39), (41) shall be omitted. (2) clause (15), shall be substituted by the following, namely – “(15)”goods” means goods specified under Entry 54 of List II of the Seventh Schedule to the Constitution of India.” ” (3) in clause (20), the words “or purchase” shall be omitted.
