Subject to the control of the Government, the Director authority authorised by the Government in this behalf may by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that survey of survey of any land or any local area or any boundary of a land, as may be specified in the order, Shall be made and every such land or local area or of any boundary of any land shall from the date of the said notification, be held to be unsurvey and record operations, until the issue of another notification declaring such operations to be closed therein.
