The holder of any land or premises or any person who have interested in the land which has been surveyed under this Act shall be liable to pay to the Officer or authority incharge of the survey a survey fee at such rate and in such manner within such time and to such extent as the State Government may prescribe. Any Survey fee not so paid shall be recoverable as an arrear of land revenue.
