Temporary Association (1) The town vending committee may associate with itself, in such of persons with town manner and for such purposes as may be prescribed, any Vending Committee for person whose assistance or advice it may desire in carrying out particular purposes : any of the provisions of this Act. (2) A person so associated under sub-section (1) for any purpose shall have a right to take part in the discussion relevant to that purpose, but shall not have a right to vote at a meeting of the committee and shall not be a member for any other purpose. (3) The person so associated under sub-section (1) shall be paid such allowances as may be prescribed.
