Amendment of section 34: Section 34 of the Principal Act shall be substituted by the following, namely: “34. Election of Members,- The superintendence, direction and control of the preparation of the electoral rolls and, for the conduct of election to the Sinlung Hills Council shall vest in the State Election Commission”.
