(1) This Act may be called the Mizoram (Sales of Petroleum and Petroleum Prod- ucts, including Motor Spirit & Lubricants) Taxation (Amendment) Act, 1995. (2) It shall have the like extent as the Principal Act. (3) It shall come into force on the date of its Publication in the Official Gazette.
