In the Mizoram (Sales of Petroleum and Petroleum products including Motor Spirit and Lubricants) Taxation Act 1973 (Act No 6 of 1974 ) as amended (hereabove referred to as the principal Act). in section 1 for sub-section (3) the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely :-
