Insertion of a After Section 6 of the Principal Act, Section 6 A may be added as follows, new Section namely:- “6A. Entitlement to Personal Assistant. - A member shall be entitled to the service of one Personal Assistant on co-terminus basis at the rate of Rs. 10,000/- per month”.
