Amendment of In Section 4 of the Principal Act, Section 4 (1) for the words “three thousand five hundred rupees per mensem,” the words “five thousand rupees per mensem” shall be substituted. (2) The whole EXPLANATION with its clauses (1) and (2) shall be substituted by the following words - “Provision of electricity, supply of water and telephone shall be fixed by the Speaker in the form of Office Memorandum or Office Order from time to time”.
