Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act and subject to the provisions of the Schedule, a Member shall be entitled to:- (a) free travelling by First Class train upto 20,000 kilometres two times in five years term within India, with family upto 5 members; and (b) free travelling by air from Aizawl to Calcutta or Calcutta to Aizawl, with family upto 5 members.
