In the Mizoram Salaries, Allowances and Pension of the Members of the Legis- lative Assembly Act, 1987 as amended (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in section 3, (a) for the words “a salary of one thousand rupees per mensem”, the words “a salary of one thousand five hundred rupees per mensem shall be substituted. S.E. 1913 Issue No. 97 Amendment of section 3 Short tittle and commencement (b) for the words and figures “daily allowance of Rs. 100/- each day”, the words and figures “daily allownce of Rs. 150/- for each day (No separate sitting and daily allowances) shall be substituted.
