In the Mizoram Salaries and Allowances of the Ministers Act, 1987, as amended from time to time, in section 5, under Explanation, for clause (b), the following clause shall be substituted, namely: (b) “maintenance” in relation to a residence includes, Vol XXII Aizawl, Wednesday 10.3.1993 Phalguna 19.
