(1) In Para 1 of the Schedule to the Principal Act, the alphabet with brackets, Schedule namely, “(a)” shall be deleted. (2) In the Para 1 of the Schedule, the words and figures, namely, “Rs. 400/-” and “Rs. 500/-” occurring in the fifth line, the words namely, “seven hundred fifty rupees” and “one thousand rupees” respectively shall be substituted.
