Short title, extend and commencement THE MIZORAM PROTECTION OF INTERESTS OF DEPOSITORS (IN FINANCIAL ESTABLISHMENT) (SECOND AMENDMENT ACT, 2018 AN ACT to further amend the Mizoram Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishment) Act, 2002. It is enacted by the Legislature of the State of Mizoram in the sixtyninth year of the Republic of India as follows :-
