Amendment of short title of the principal Act- 3 Amendment of section 2 of the principal Act- AN ACT further to amend the Mizoram (Prevention of Government Land Encroachment) Act, 2012 (Act No. 7 of 2001) (hereinafter referred to as the ‘ Principal Act’.) It is enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Mizoram in the Sixty-third year of the Republic of India as follows:
