Misconduct.- A police officer shall, in addition to any other delinquent act or behaviour, as specified in the relevant rules, be liable for disciplinary action for any of the following misconduct: (a) disobedience of lawful orders; (b) neglect of duty; (c) insubordination or any oppressive conduct; (d) unauthorized malingering or absence from duty; (e) act of cowardice; (f) misuse of authority; or (g) any act unbecoming of an officer.
