Regular up-gradation of Training Institutions.- The State Government shall create and upgrade, from time to time, the infrastructure and capabilities of their training institutions in consonance with the holistic training needs of police personnel of different ranks, which shall include, besides all types of specialized training, a compulsory refresher training course of appropriate duration, for all ranks at regular intervals. For this purpose, the State Government shall also create a suitable training centre with the requisite infrastructure in each Police District or Armed Police Battalion, as the case may be. - 20 - Ex-20/2012
