Power to remove difficulties.- (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make such provisions as it deems necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty. (2) Every notification issued under this section shall, as soon as may be after it is issued, be laid before the appropriate legislature.
