Duty of the police and other state agencies.- (1) All police officers and authorities shall refer all allegations of “serious misconduct” against police personnel, coming to their notice, to the Commission. (2) It shall be the duty of the heads of the district police and of the state police as well as of any other concerned state agency to provide to the Commission and to the District Accountability Authority all information they may reasonably require to perform their duties provided for in this Chapter.
