Inheritance of a woman’s personal property : (1) If a woman predeceased her husband, her personal property will devolve to her surviving husband. (2) If she has no surviving husband, then her property will be divided as if the property of the Head of the Family is divided as in Section 31. However, the youngest son will have one extra share.
