Entry of additional qualification and change of name in register : If any registered practitioner obtains any other qualification specified in any of the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, in addition to the qualification in respect of which he has been registered or if he changes his name, he shall, on payment of the prescribed fee, be entitled to have such additions or changes in title, qualification or name, as the case may be, to be made in the register.
