Amendment of Section 12. In section 12 of the Principal Act, the existing section shall be renumbered as sub-section (1) thereof, and after sub-section (1) as so renumbered the following sub-section (2) shall be inserted, namely:- “(2) There shall be at least 6 (six) Village Council meetings at regular intervals in a calendar year. Resolutions made in such meetings shall be properly recorded and shall be signed both by the President and the Secretary”.
