Transparency in Lokayukta organization: The Lokayukta shall maintain complete transparency in its functioning and shall ensure that full records of any investigation or inquiry conducted under this Act after its conclusion is made public by being put on a public web site. The Lokayukta will also ensure effective implementation of Section 4 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 for transparency within Lokayukta except for items those covered under Section 8 of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
