Amendment of Section 10 - (1) In clause (b) sub-section (2) of Section 10 of the Principal Act, for the word, ‘surcharge’ in between the words, ‘be’ and ‘on’ shall be substituted by the word, ‘surcharged’. (2) In sub-section (4) of Section 10 of the Principal Act, for the word, ‘sel’ in between the words ‘forms’ and ‘forth’ shall be substituted by the word, ‘set’.
