Payment of duty on removal from distillery, brewery, winery, bottling plant, bonded warehouse or other place of storage: No intoxicating liquor shall be removed from any distillery, brewery, winery, bottling plant, bonded warehouse or other place of storage licenced, established or authorized under this Act, unless the duty or fee, if any payable under Chapter V or Chapter VI has been paid or a bond has been executed for the payment thereof.
