Prohibition of mixing other substance with liquor: Whoever mixes or permits to be mixed any drugs or any foreign ingredient with any liquor sold or manufactured or possessed by him which may cause disability or unconciousness or hurt shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term of not less than six months which may extend to five years and with fine of not less than five thousand rupees which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
