Agreement to be made by licencee: Any authority granting a licence, permit or pass under this Act may require the grantee to execute an agreement, in conformity with the tenure of his licence, permit or pass, and to give such security, for the performance of such agreement, or to make such deposit in lieu of security, as the authority granting the licence, permit or pass may require. - 6 - Ex-379/2014
