Exercise of Powers of Settlement Officer or Survey Officers or Revenue Officers The State Government may vest any Revenue officer with all or any of the powers of a Settlement Officer or a Survey Officer under the Mizoram (Land Survey and Settlement Operation) Act, 2003 within such limits, restrictions and for such period, as it may think fit.
