Recovery of Arrears (1) An arrear of land revenue shall be recovered as per the procedure as may be prescribed by this Act and the Rules. (2) Without prejudice to any other provisions of this Act, any amount due to the Government whether by way of cost, penalty or otherwise and any other amount which is ordered to be paid or recovered under this Act, shall be recovered in the same manner as an arrear of land revenue.
