Ejectment of persons occupying land without right or title A person taking or retaining or occupying any land, otherwise than in accordance with the provisions of the law for the time being in force shall be liable to be evicted by such Revenue authority in such manner as may be prescribed and shall also be liable to pay a fine as may be fixed by the competent authority.
