Right to trees etc. All natural trees and plants, or planted and raised by the side of any notified public road or path or on any public place or space having been so notified under any law for the time being in force, shall vest in the Government and shall be the Government property on extinction of any other’s rights whatsoever, on and from the commencement of this Act.
