Application of the provisions of the Indian Easements Act, 1882 Save as otherwise provided in this Act, any of the provisions of Indian Easements Act, 1882 (Act V of 1882) as amended from time to time shall apply to the proceedings under this Act, subject to the manner prescribed by the Government that it deems expedient to apply such provision to such case or situation or area.
